- Peewees- 10:45am-11:45am
- Bantam/High School- 12:00pm-1:00pm
The goal of HNDL sessions is to increase puck touches, improve puck possession, and play recognition in tight spaces. Training players to maneuver the puck in small areas while skating has proven to significantly enhance decision-making and accelerate skill development. And the best part- it's fun and engaging for players of all ages and skill levels.

- Group B- 11:30am-1:15pm

Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby and can be completed/turned on October 9th.
